About Rebecca

Rebecca is a warm and compassionate therapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She is a registered member of both PACCP and CRPO and is a Certified Gottman Therapist—a designation that reflects advanced training and expertise in helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships. Her approach is grounded, practical, and deeply relational, equipping couples with hands-on tools they can continue to use long after the workshop ends.

Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, betrayal, addiction, or simply seeking to deepen your connection, Rebecca offers a safe, non-judgmental space where both partners can feel truly seen and heard. She draws from her experience working with individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds to help couples build understanding, clarity, and renewed trust.

At the heart of Rebecca’s work is a belief that every relationship has a story—and that it’s possible to rewrite the hard chapters with intention, empathy, and skill. Her workshops are designed to foster insight, spark meaningful connection, and support couples in creating lasting change.

In addition to her clinical work, Rebecca is certified to provide supervision through PACCP and CRPO. She works with students and therapists seeking guidance in couples therapy, with a focus on ethical, effective, and evidence-based practice.
